Using the dashboard

Run payouts, Beneficiaries and settings from app.usecleff.com without writing code. For operations teams working alongside, or instead of, an API integration. The dashboard is the operator surface for your Business (labelled Company in the dashboard). It drives the same platform as the API: a payout created in the dashboard and a payout created by API are the same object, visible in both places. It also carries the same environment split; a switcher toggles between sandbox and production views. Until a Business submits its profile, the dashboard shows only that profile and the page for inviting a teammate, such as the colleague who holds the registration details. Members who are not admins see a page saying the Business is waiting on its admin. Submitting the profile takes you to the dashboard home and opens the rest of the dashboard.

Read the headline numbers

The Dashboard home shows the headline numbers for the selected window (payout volume, payout count, average payout size, and retention), each against the prior window.

Create and approve payouts

Under Payouts, create a single payout or upload a CSV of payouts in bulk. The detail view tracks each payout’s status from approval to delivery, lists the Decisions recorded against it, and lets you approve or reject a payout that is waiting for a decision. These record the same verdicts as /approve and /reject.

Manage Beneficiaries

Beneficiaries is the address book of everyone you pay: each one a Beneficiary (the payee). Add a Beneficiary by entering their details yourself, or invite them, individually or by CSV bulk upload, to submit their own details through a secure Cleff-hosted form. See Beneficiaries & compliance for how those invites behave.

Reconcile transactions and balances

• Transactions: the money-movement ledger, exportable as CSV for reconciliation.
• Accounts: your Cleff Account balance and details per environment.

Configure settings

• API keys: create and rotate keys per environment; this is where the Quickstart begins.
• Company: your business profile, including the verification dossier that unlocks production (Go live), and your Brand: logo, color, and email settings applied to every Beneficiary-facing communication, with a live preview and a send-test-email action.
• Team: invite teammates and manage their roles. Members join by email invite; administration stays with admins.
• Webhooks: register the HTTPS endpoint Cleff posts events to for the selected environment, choose which events it receives, and rotate its signing secret. The same subscription is editable by API.
